Built a Deep Learning model to predict the tomato leaf disease based on CNN. The model was trained using PlantVillage dataset from Kaggle. This model was then integrated into a Django based web appllication wherein the users can upload images of affected leaves and get the prediction. There are various other features like marketplace, farmer community, buying options and so on.
Got an opportunity to do the statistical work for PhD students of Kozhikode Medical College, Kerala for their research paper. Used RStudio and Excel to perform various statistical tests and analysis. The report was presented in a word document.
