As India's global presence strengthens, a new challenge emerges the influence of foreign soft power. This
research delves into the potential downsides of this influence, examining how it might lead to economic
losses through increased demand for imported goods, a brain drain of skilled professionals attracted to
foreign opportunities, and a potential erosion of India's rich cultural identity.
- Using the already available Soft power index by Brand Finance, Portland index
- Checking the presence of that category eg. (Education, digital presence, FDI etc.)
- Verifying the presence and the impact by comparing it with the real data of all the categories (eg. how many people going out for education, job, increased imports of specific commodities etc)
We conducted an in-depth survey to assess student preferences and purchasing behaviour at the campus store. We leveraged R programming for data cleaning, analysis, and visualization. We applied statistical techniques to identify trends, guiding potential enhancements in product offerings and customer satisfaction. Presented insights through visualizations, supporting data-driven recommendations for store management.
