Forecasting Microsoft Stock Prices: A Data-Driven Machine Learning Approach

This project focuses on forecasting Microsoft's stock prices using machine learning techniques. Historical data from 2020 to 2024 was preprocessed using PCA, data standardization, and normalization. Key models, including ARIMA for time series forecasting, along with Random Forest, GBM, and SVM, were employed. GridSearchCV was used for hyperparameter optimization, ensuring the models captured complex patterns in stock price movements. The ARIMA model was selected as the best performer, providing actionable insights for future stock price predictions​(ML).
